How Do Hearing Aids Work?

People who are deaf are not shying these days to go out with their hearing aids worn. Thanks to the mp3 and iPod revolution, even mobile revolution too. All the people who used to roam with hearing aids or ear-phones used to be called deaf no matter even if they are hearing to an iPod or mp3 or talking in a mobile. These days they call all of them as cool guys with good music taste no matter even if they are deaf. So the line between the deaf and iPod lovers is declining day by day. And with the latest bad usage trends of these iPods among the people, especially the youth, we must say that today’s iPod users will be the tomorrow’s deaf.

Well coming back to the hearing aids for the people who suffer from hearing ear-related diseases; the main logic behind hearing aids is that they pick the sound, convert it into electrical impulses and amplify it; then a receiver will convert those electrical impulses to sound waves and directs it to the person who wears it with much bigger amplitude.
