Many of the people today believe that mental fitness is related to brain only. But when we observe them closely, we will know that physical fitness is a part of mental fitness.

You may be aware that eating good food makes you physically fit. The same thing happens with the mental fitness. If you eat good food, you will be mentally fit. The process of physical fitness has relation to brain's fitness, as doing exercises like walking, running helps brain get more oxygen compared to the normal conditions.
