Health Care Advices

Health is commonly thought of as the absence of disease, and indeed it is difficult to discuss one without the other. Preventive care is a valuable tool in maintaining good health. As a result of having regular medical check-ups one can often identify problems and be careful of them before they turn out to be serious enough to be life threatening.

It is good for the people to have medical checkups for at least once in every five years until age 40 and after that, for every one to two years, depending on what his/her doctor decides is best. Another rule of thumb suggests: individuals in their twenties should have two exams during that time period; in their thirties, three exams; forties, four exams, with an annual health exam recommended for those over 50.

Some tests that regularly required to take up by any individual:
  • Blood Pressures
  • Urinalysis
  • Blood Tests
  • Chest X-Ray
  • EKG (Electrocardiogram)
  • Cancer Testing
The fundamental goals of health promotion and health maintenance are safe surroundings, enhanced immunity and resistance, sensible behavior, good nutrition and diet, well-born children, and wise health care.
